Cookham Abbey Artist in Residence, Phyllida Shelley, brought a display of her work inspired by the excavations at Cookham to Cookham Library.
With the use of finds from the site, led a group of children and parents to create their own pieces inspired by objects and images of Early Medieval monastic life. Families came from Twyford, Wooburn Green and Maidenhead as well as Cookham and a good time was had by all.
